If you have a question about available quantities, please contact me before placing your order. Germination Information: According to some sources, these seeds require a chilling period, and one approach is to sow the seeds (just barely covered with growing medium) in fall to mid winter, setting their pot outdoors in a spot protected from mice so they can get a natural chilling period and then germinate when conditions are right in spring. (The winter-sowing technique can work well with this species.) If you sow after January, consider giving the pot an artificial chilling period of about 3 months. It is also possible that these seeds could germinate if you start them in warm, bright conditions. This past year, I sowed in a pot outdoors on June 23 and they germinated on July 9. Your experience may vary. Note that this information will not appear on the seed packet you receive. Please read the description as well before ordering.
